For all properties above £500,000 we charge a fixed legal fee of 0.25% of the value of the property. On all our costs we charge VAT current at 20%.
All disbursements including stamp duty, land registry fee, search costs, AML checks etc. will be paid by the client. This estimate will be affected by any difficulties that may arise during the course of the transaction and if that happens we may have to increase our charges. We will inform in advance before we incur any additional costs and provide a revised estimate.
Our fees are calculated according to the average time spent on a file. Currently our hourly rates are as follows:

We may quote a fixed fee based on our hourly fee earner hourly rates based on an approximation of the number of hours.
There are likely to be disbursements and expenses, these are not included in the hourly rates.
