Qudsia joined Farani Taylor in January 2019 as a Paralegal and has become an integral part of the team. She assists in dealing with complex legal issues and conducting extensive legal research. Qudsia assists on matters relating to Immigration law, and Wills and Estate Planning.
Qudsia has gained extensive experience working in both areas of law. She has assisted on a vast spectrum of immigration matters ranging from fresh claims in relation to human rights, Tier 4 applications, EEA applications, entry clearance, applications for leave to enter, stateless child applications, indefinite leave to remain applications, to TOEIC matters and, has prepared Court bundles for appeal hearings. Qudsia is also gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of Estate Planning matters including drafting Wills, Islamic Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and calculating Inheritance Tax liabilities.
Qudsia takes great pride in her work and always ensures that it is of an exceptional standard. She has an in-depth knowledge of legal proceedings and the legal system.

Qudsia read Law at University and graduated with a 2:1 with honours. She is currently studying towards becoming a Solicitor.
