Maney Ullah qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and was called to the Bar in 2006 having specialised in civil litigation advocacy in the County Courts.
He now specialises in helping beleaguered social tenants with housing disrepair claims against Local Authorities and large Housing Associations. These claims usually entail getting the landlord to repair mould, damp and leaks suffered in the clients property and obtaining compensation for the distress and inconvenience suffered by them.
Maney has a background of working for a Local Authority and therefore has broad experience in understanding the needs of both landlords and social tenants, and the management of properties. Therefore, he understands the practical as well as the legal needs of his commercial clients and can advise them more efficiently.
He has vast experience in various areas of general litigation.
Maney has also appeared as an expert on television.
