Dmytro graduated from Greenwich University with honours. He worked as an assistant in a legal advisory firm before being accepted into training as a paralegal at Farani Taylor Solicitors. His role includes legal research identifying case law that determines how individual client cases should be handled. He presents this information to clients in a manner that they understand. He provides clients with options on how to proceed with their matters and helps navigate them to their best legal solution.
Dmytro works closely with Shehzad Saeed, one of the firm’s Directors. Assisting Shehzad, he usually conducts initial client meetings and obtains all the relevant information for the matter. Detail is key, so Dmytro ensures that his attendance notes outline all the relevant information. This eye for detail helps him conduct his legal research and map a suitable solution for the client.
He puts the client first, showing excellent client care. Whatever the matter he takes a practical approach to ensure that a legal solution can be found.
The majority of his work as a Paralegal has been drafting legal documents. His written skills are first class. Therefore this exemplary performance has earned him a training contract with the firm. He hopes to continue the great work as a Trainee Solicitor at the firm and drive the firm through his innovative and dedicated approach.
Dmytro has experience dealing with various aspects of law, he will complete seats across a variety of areas of law. His current areas of expertise include Immigration, Civil and Family Law.
He has worked on a variety of legal matters including the contentious, helping the beleaguered to get settlements they deserve. He ensures that from an initial application that the client is looked after and has taken matters all the way to Court of Appeal when required.
Regardless of the matter Dmytro gives his client his full attention to ensure that they get the outcome required.
