Anum Wraich is a Solicitor with extensive experience in all aspects concerning Immigration and Family law. Anum excels within these areas of law and works closely with senior counsels on complex and compelling matters, both at the initial and High court stages. Her specialty lies within, however not limited to, complex Human Rights, Discretionary Leave, EEA applications including family and extended family members, Nationality law, Asylum and Entry clearance matters.
Anum has an eye for detail and is often requested to analyse clients’ documentations. Hence she is often instructed to deal with matters of complex financial requirements involving calculations in order to meet the income threshold, where clients have various sources of income, including those within Corporate Immigration such as Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Investor visas.
Anum’s legal knowledge also extends to applications under the points based system, stateless child cases, TOEIC deception cases and deportation cases involving criminal elements, extradition and bails. She has successfully challenged various cases involving deception elements at the First-Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
Anum takes prides in helping destitute families to obtain leave, and asylum support, which include sensitive cases involving issues of mental health and psychical disabilities, domestic violence and human trafficking and honour killing, on a private and pro bono basis. She was recently successful in obtaining status for a family which involved the mother being severely ill and suicidal.
Anum has further expanded her expertise within the Family law sector, dealing predominantly with divorce matter including financial orders, child arrangement and contact orders.
