Andrada is the first face that you see when you visit our City office. She creates a warm and welcoming environment.
Incredibly organised, she coordinates fee earners diaries while representing the firm. Her daily tasks include: meeting and greeting clients, booking meetings, arranging couriers, ensuring calls are answered politely, screening calls and sorting the post.
However, Andrada’s remit is more than the general receptionist. She works closely with the HR Manager and regularly details company internal messages to staff.
Further, Andrada is responsible for answering Social Media messages as well as providing to support to design social media messages sent out to our followers.
She has strong marketing skills and has supported the business development and marketing team to develop innovative techniques to attract new clients. She has designed adverts that have been used on Facebook and Instagram.
Additionally, she assists senior staff with recruitment as well as other administrative duties.

Andrada has written articles for The Age Exchange Organisation on a project “Children of the Great War” where she interviewed different people in regards to their fathers experience in World War II. Andrada got the opportunity to work with “Blazing Sables” which is an Arts Makeup Academy and photographed for them, some of her work can be found on their website.
